- Queue: there is usually a very long queue at this branch from morning to the closing of the bank. especially if you are going into the bank to resolve an issue with the banks customer service. According to one customer that spoke with me during my long stay in the queue, she said that today is her second day of trying to get into the bank: that the previous day, she was in the queue till the bank announced her closure for the day. However, if you are going into the bank to make withdrawals or deposit, you might spend 4 – 5 hours on an average waiting to get into the UBA bank.. there are always rows of chairs placed under a canopy outside the bank so that customers waiting to enter inside the bank can sit before they are eventually called into the bank, most times, the chairs a occupied and the uba customers are to form another line at the back of the chairs
