- click the forgot password below the login field provided
- enter your registered email or phone number
- click on restore password
- select send me sms if you have entered a phone number and enter the code sent to you via sms and click on restore, then enter your preferred password. If you entered your registered email with jiji a password reset link will be sent click on the link to reset your password
- Once done, click on profile again and chose on login with phone or email
- enter your registered phone number or email address on jiji and enter the password you just reset, then click on log in
